Jungle has a nice selection of tropical appetizers, burgers, chicken tenders, fish tacos, etc. This was my first time eating here. We ordered the ceviche and nachos. Ceviche was very sweet due to the passion fruit (actually way too sweet) but I appreciated the execution of the shrimp, lime, and other ingredients. The nachos were solid with a white queso. A fancier/island take on a bar staple. Wouldn't run back for either personally, just my preference! We sat on the patio and service was prompt and friendly. I would like to sit inside one day, keep in mind close to half the seating is outside the actual bar. But on a beautiful night in Boulder, it's a great place to be. Definitely recommend Jungle.
