Superb customer service. Family oriented business. My mom needed a tow yesterday. Due to several mistakes by AAA Carolinas my mother stayed in the blistering heat for over 5 hours waiting on a tow. The app is pathetic. Customer service was terrible for AAA they kept switching companies. Finally we got a call from a respectable company. L & M Towing. The gentleman was very nice his name was Perry. I let him know that my 70 year old mother was out stranded in the heat he showed compassion and courtesy to me about my mom. Asking if she was okay and telling her to hang tight he would be there to assist her. In less than 20 minutes he was there to help her out. He checked on her first to make sure she was ok before the tow because she was out there in the heat for so long unlike AAA. Thanks so much to Perry & The Levi team at L & M Towing.
