Very classy clothes all beautifully displayed and pressed. Well made quality and nice accessories and some home decor as well. The owner was very sweet and helpful. My daughter (review from Magic S) and I encountered a most unfortunate situation this past Sunday, May26,2024 at this location. It is in my daughter's review so no need to write again., but what I can not do is disregard what has happened since., which is very important for all to know. My husband and the store owner have conversed over email and once she took a step back realized she had lashed out in error. She has profusely apologized to me, my husband and daughter. She knows the error she made and being a mother, I can understand wanting to protect her child. So, I encourage anyone who reads this, look beyond, take some time and visit this boutique is a lovely store. read more

The woman who owns the shop started out as pleasant enough, so perhaps I didn't spend enough on her overpriced merchandise, so she changed. but I was very interested in a particular necklace. I bought one, but I wanted another, and I called her and she was hurried and sounded a tad annoyed, and she said she would send me a photograph of, what I was looking for that she absolutely had in stock. The email never came so I called her the next morning and explained to her. I told her I never received her email with the photograph of the necklace. She was insisting that she sent it and then all of a sudden she said "oh, it's in my drafts" which proves my point, that she was hurried, and uninterested. Then she Sends me the email with a photo of the necklace and then informs me that she sold out and I said then what's the point of you sending me this photograph that's 1/2 true colors came out... She said well you told me to send you and I said to her first of all, you never sent it. It was in your drafts and you should've said in the beginning of this conversation that even though I called and wanted to see if you sold it, that's when she got very rude and hung up on me... In today's economy when you could go anywhere whether it's Brick and Mortar or online and buy whatever you want, the proprietors should be going out of their way to be pleasant and accommodating. She was just the opposite. I had plans on telling all of my family and friends, because she does have lovely merchandise , but nothing that special that you can't get elsewhere... even though as I said terribly overpriced because I have a home in Manhattan and Brooklyn and I have no fear of spending money, but I now will take my money and definitely FOR SURE spend it elsewhere. read more

I'm in the area every couple of months and love stopping by this boutique. It offers a good selection of casual wear for the lake and daily life in general. There hasn't been a time I've walked out empty-handed; some of my favorite pieces have been purchased from this shop, particularly a pair of jeans that have become a staple in my wardrobe. They also have cute accessories and home goods, but it's really the clothes I go for. I've also made inquiries on their Instagram when I haven't been in the area and found them to be very responsive. I don't see why the other poster felt the need to be so nasty in their post, but this has not been my experience in the multiple times I've shopped there and wanted to support this very deserving small business. read more

Absolute awful service. I went in there with my Mom and the person at the register was a 12 year old kid who was the son of the owner. When we were rung up he started with an attitude and was overall rude. He overcharged us adding over $10 to the total per item. When we realized what had happened, we brought it to his attention and he got very defensive and continued to say "it's not my problem." Not wanting to argue any further, we told him we wanted to return it. On an over $60 dollar purchase he only returned $41 and a handful of change. When my mother pointed out the inconsistencies he got annoyed and huffy and tried to tell us we were wrong despite the receipt. Finally he through the extra $20 at her and we left. After driving for a little while my mother got a phone call. The owner had called to ask what had happened but before hearing our side of the story she screamed at my mom calling her a "Fat Ugly B!tch" and to "never show her face there again" (don't worry, we won't) and hung up. Prior to this incident we had enjoyed shop there but after this, we will never be returning Especially after how we were treated. read more
