I wouldn't normally leave a negative review. But this seems more like a constructive criticism/qualm. L&R was very responsive when it came to getting estimates. However, I set the appointment for removal of my mattress for 6pm and I requested that they give me a call before entering my building. A little after 6pm, I received an email that the team was running late. 20 minutes go by and they finally showed up. The men were very fast and efficient, I just wished that they showed up on time. I contacted the business to see if I could get a discount for the untimely arrival, however the delay was blamed on weather conditions/traffic. I wish that they would have been a bit more sympathetic as I myself had to meet them as I was in the process of moving and my mattress was one of the few items left in my place.
