This was thoroughly explained to the salesman, and he even mimed the actual size and shape of the box the mattress would be in. I went in today to pick it up (48 miles each way for these trips), and was asked to pull around to the dock to load it. I asked approximately how long it would take for the mattress to get decompressed and ready to sleep, the other sales guy looked at me puzzled and then told me it was a full size mattress, not in a box. I wasted 2 weeks and drove 200 miles for this garbage. The manager said, we've apologized, what else can we do? Well, maybe figure out a way to get me a bed? Useless staff, poor management, and they wanted $159.00 to deliver it. Forget it Denver Mattress, you're never getting a dime from me and I will do what I can to tell others about this experience.

I was looking for a Tempur-pedic mattress, and I didn't want to pay a million bucks. The system when you go in is that they ask you a bunch of questions and then direct you toward products that may fit your needs. But I was very specific about wanting to look at Tempur-pedic. So we did that and after looking at a couple of options, we chose what we thought was the best model for us. It turned out that we accidentally bought an adjustable mattress instead of a regular mattress in the same line. But, that's OK because if we ever want to change we can. The sales person was very helpful and very friendly. The only part of the sales process that I didn't care for was the way they steered you toward buying a pillow. At the time, there was a promotion for two free pillows with each bed along with two free sets of sheets. So, of course they did steer us toward those pillows. And, I went through the process just to try it. Although the pillow seemed nice at the store, once I got it home, I noticed that it became extremely flat and hard in a short period of time. I ended up buying less expensive pillows elsewhere. Contrarily, my husband still has the same pillow a couple of years later, and refuses to switch. ‍

Totally worth short drive from the QC to check out their selection. We looked at other locations within the QC and for the queen mattress we wanted it was $999.
