I got melon and pineapple sorbets and my friend got cherry and chocolate ice cream flavors. And we were both completely floored by how good it actually was. We were a bit bummed the place had sold out of both our first choices, which had been a function of how busy the place was, but the ice cream was amazing nonetheless. Canele is one of my favorite desserts for a long time, and it originated from Bordeaux, and this shop made a Gelato out of it. It is just amazing! The gelato really tasted like a Canele, even with Canele pieces in it that you can chew on a little. The rum raisin gelato was full or raisins with a genuine rum taste. It was prefect. I was a little sad that I only got to go to this shop once during my visit in Bordeaux, and wished I could go back and try more flavors!
