The pizzas we just ok (see picture). A bit thin and over cooked. Cheese was good. Turkey and fries were good too. It came with an odd-tasting veggie quiche. Overall - not sure this is the best choice but he high rated places were all closed. If you're in the same position, this won't be terrible and it won't be great.

Both pizzas had perfect thin crusts and unexpectedly excellent taste. - 4.5: green salad served as set with pizza: Bibb lettuce and tomatoes with nut vinegar. Excellent. Also had aperfits (Muscat), a demi-carafe of red wine, coffee, and tiramisu. SERVICE: 4.5. We felt very welcome. The service was friendly and attentive. AMBIANCE: 4.0. The Hawaiian pizza surprisingly only had pineapple on it but it was perfection and didn't need the ham whatsoever. The gooey cheese and sauce made up for it. I hope I get to come back to Carcassone and when I do I will most definitely eat in at this restaurant.

We were very impressed for a restaurant on the main drag in a tourist town. The food was delicious, the service attentive and the restaurant neat and clean and inviting. We ordered a salad and a pizza to share and it was plenty of food for the two of us. The salad was topped with fresh baked dough stuffed with warm goat cheese and honey. It was incredible. We chose the chef's special pizza which had four different sections of toppings: one quarter was chicken and mushrooms, another meat lovers, another Hawaiian and the fourth more goat cheese and honey. We ate every bite. The chef even came out to walk the floor and find out how our dinner was. We would definitely go back.
