I've been taking yoga classes with Zoe for 6 months, and in that time have also benefited from several of her sports massages. I can't speak too highly of either! The lessons have given me a far greater strength, flexibility and general well-being than I've experienced for years, and all in a supportive, friendly, and professional environment. The massages have noticeably improved my back pain and migraines. What has been particularly noticeable is Zoe's knowledge of physiology and her application of this to the individual. I feel so lucky that she knows what can cause me problems, and actually adapts postures in class specifically for me. I'm a runner and I've been taking Satya yoga classes with Zoe for almost three years now to complement my other high-impact training. I keep noticing gradual changes to my body, such as increased core strength and flexibility. I also have regular sports massages from Zoe which I find hugely beneficial -almost like having a new pair of legs! Her holistic approach has helped me through injury by looking at different pieces of my particular puzzle and putting them all together. She is a genius at finding issues that I didn't even know I had and then explaining how they are all linked. Zoe, many thanks for a thorough massage that got into the nuts and bolts that were in need of work.
