Sausage and foie gras to start. One lamb that was cooked a point and was sublime; pork boudin that was tasty, but so rich in flavor that the portion size was too big,; pollock cooked to perfection on an aubergine puree that was just a little too spicy for the delicate fish. For dessert, a variation on on a lime mousse, with pistacchio crust was worth the price of lunch alone.
excellent wine selection as to be expected. All round very satisfactory experience. Clearly worth the Michelin star.
