I have had a similar experience and as yet have not had a full refund despite being told that I would by one of the staff. A poor outcome all round. read more

Saddle was not fitted correctly but I suppose you get what you pay for. I won't use them again.

If it's leather you're looking for, then this shop has lots of it. There are loads of different jackets (made of leather, blates) all for about £90 each. They've also got a good range of smart-looking shoes (again, all made of leather, you see where this is going). Randomly in The Leather Shop there is also a women's section. Unfortunately, it's just full of drab and unexciting clothes. I think they should stick to the leather.

The shop is in an odd place of town just next to central station and for a shop of its style and class, it is not in the most appealing of locations. As for the sale sign, it is forever there as a way of attracting your attention. In terms of the clothing quality, the leather at least appears genuine and pure. You also get the familiar leather smell when walking in, which is a good sign. No high street brand names here but simply good browsing for leather lovers at costly prices as you would expect.

The staff here are friendly and greet you cheerfully when you enter. They let you have a look round and then ask you after a short time if you need any help. I went in for a leather jacket. I was really sure what style I wanted, all I knew was that I wanted a black one. The man working here showed me all sorts of styles and lengths, got a better idea of what I liked, and then tailored the stock he showed me to this. I ended up getting a really nice jacket here which was in the sale, and it has lasted well. I have been back and bought a belt from here, which was reasonably priced. This is a great shop with an excellent selection.

Online shopping experience review only…read more The first time I heard of this company was back in 2018, during a visit to EPCOT - UK pavilion. It was when I purchased a smaller version of their classic satchel. The sales rep I dealt with was super nice and was able to make customize my bag by adding my initials in silver. Fast forward to 2020 and I get this notification that they going to hold another " Seconds" sale. Like any person, who loves a good deal - I did hop on it. The way it was organized was excellent - since they conducted the sale over a period of 2 days with new inventory being added every 6 hours or so. I will admit that it was challenging for me, since I am 5 hours behind GMT. And you had to act fast, as "don't think about it - just buy it mentality" - because I did lose out an beautiful hunter green one. Overall, I was able to secure a satchel or two for an excellent price. What I think amazed me most is the fact that I purchased the bags about two and a half weeks ago and they arrived on my door step so quickly. I have to give them credit for that, since the company is based out in the UK and I am located in North America. There was a minor mix up where they had set aside the wrong bag for me, but they were willing to fix it. Other things I love about this company is a family owned. If the bag is purchased off their regular site and at full price - there is a bevy of customisation options that can make the bag truly yours.
The poor lighting is on me. But this is a 15-inch classic satchel. Even if it is a "seconds", it is a beautiful bag.

If you're going away for a weekend on a budget flight and you need a suitable sized hand-luggage holdall (which Ryanair define as 55cm by 40cm by 20cm and Easyjet define as whatever you can comfortably carry and will fit into overhead storage) to live out of for the next few days then look no further than Looks. I got one here for less than £10 which has lasted me over two years worth of back and forthing on planes. Look! If you're after some more heavy duty luggage then this is a great place to pick that up too with trolley bags of various sizes for under £20 - a snip compared to department store prices. And occasionally Look will even have some decent named brand bags from makes like Eastpak and Jansport for a fraction of their recommended pricing. Lucky you!

Silly me, since this shop sells a terrific range of bags, suitcases and many useful accesories for all your travel needs. Not only that, but their prices are very affordable unlike some high street stores which charge the earth for something so simple. Whilst Looks may not sell brands such as Samsonite, their products by observation and random handling feels durable enough for the average traveller. The staff appear friendly and they greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed any help which I thought was considerate. I have no hesitation that this is a shop I shall consider purchasing from in the not so distant future. Thoroughly recommended.
