Donnie helped work out the transportation and solve issues with delays from the transportation company. They did not call me with updates - I had to call them, they tried to postpone fixing it after knowing I was coming for 2 weeks - gave me a crappy car for not being willing to wait any longer. After waiting so long, I got my car back in good condition, but the whole process was definitely the worst service I've ever experienced.

They were friendly and showed up within half an hour of me calling, and then because I didn't end up needing a tow (just had to reinflate my tire so I could get to a mechanic) they didn't end up charging me. obviously I hope I never have car trouble again, but if I do I know which tow company I would call!
