The clothes are well laid out, so it's easy to get around the store, even if you have a push chair. Jewellery, underwear and shoes are located at the back of the store, behind the 9-15 section. There is always a good sale going on, and constatnly a good few offers! The changing rooms can be a little cramped, depending on which one you're in, but they are a lot of them, so you rarely have to queue.

This is a well planned out shop that offers all the latest fashions and accessories. They also have great sales on in January too. This is about the only time that I do visit this shop nowadays though due to their prices slightly increasing. I have always managed to get parking outside of the shop though when I have visited here without any problems.

There seems to be more ladies and childrens clothes though rather than mens. Upstairs within the shop is mainly the childrens clothes. They have young childrens on one side and older to teenagers on the other. Prices throughout are really good and the same goes for the quality. They do have sales on in the New Year too and I often look in here for some bargains for my grandchildren as they grow so fast. Members of staff are constantly walking around the shop floors sorting out clothes or serving customers on the tills but if you ever need help they are more than happy to help you.

The shop itself is a decent size and it is easy to walk round and look at what is on offer unlike some other charity shops I have been to which can be extremely cramped. There is the usual selection of bric-a-brac, clothes and toys. Unfortunately there is no changing room and although they are happy for you to bring things back if they don't fit I do think this is a bit of a draw back and it does put me off buying clothes from here. However, things are well priced and you may well pick up a bargain!

Asked an employee. Very polite. He confirmed that the second floor was more store and a women's section. Also on offering was more sport equipment variety, roller blades, working neon vests, and a game / toy section manned by to employees behind a counter. That game/toy corner looked like a toys r us and a Game Center found a spot and grew out of the wall. Seriously, not a complaint, just surprised me. Purchased a foam roller and a jump rope. May return for a jacket or hoodie, possibly an umbrella. Good prices. Nice staff. (American in England)

I asked a question that the young female should know the answer to in the appearel dept. I then went to pay for items, I didnt have anything smaller then a 20 pound note, my bill was under 8 plus 48p. I gave the cashier 20.50 because I didnt want lots of change and a higher note count. She was rude and condescending saying there was no point in me giving her 50p because she had to give it back. Ummm NO, I would have gotten higher notes plus 2p. I didnt want to cause a scene and say something so I carried on after got the change I didnt want. The staff need to get an update on how to be towards paying customers or get a different job.
