We've known Lonnie for quite a few years, and were happy to support him when he began working for himself. We have had nothing but very good experiences with him! Lonnie is a very courtesy guy and is respectful I will Give him that! But he gave us a quote and the quote was not the accurate price when it came time to do the work he said $120 a room he meant 120 a can. Took him 4 times to show up to said appointment we had several no shows. And the day of appt that he finally made it to he was 4 hours late. He also broke a deal with my husband who said $600 for everything including bathroom which was the original price we agreed upon which he didn't even come through in fixing bathroom light. Out of everything he did and all the times he was late you think customer service and fixing the bathroom light would of been the least of concerns to make it right!! Lonnie was so respectful over the phone and I had him come out to give me a quote and his quote was close $700 under another quote I got! He came up with some cost saving solutions for us too! What a fool I was. I didn't listen when something inside me said "Be careful." Instead, I just wanted the job done, So, I listened to Lonnie. All I heard were the "Sirs" and the "Ma'ams" that Lonnie doled out like free giveaways. So, I didn't listen to my inner self after he'd said "Sir" and "Ma'am" for the 1000th time. Over a year ago I had Lonnie do some repair work in the bathroom. He was very prompt and did a great job. So I contacted him again this year to install a ceiling fan in the same bathroom. We had a time and day scheduled. After waiting an hour I called him - somehow I did not make it on his schedule but he did show up later that afternoon and did the installation. So now, a few months later I called again to have a hot tub wired. Again we scheduled a day and time. Two hours after that time I called - he was not sure why I was not on his schedule but assured me he would be there the next day at 1pm. Well I am still waiting after 4 days. I tried to call and someone picked up but did not respond. Not a very good customer service for a repeat customer. read more
