I just went around the store to check to see if the line would go down and by the time I'm done shopping it would be less than half of the line. I'm hoping. They got many things you need and it's not that expensive. You can get your house cleaners to ice cream. They even have produce and frozen chicken. I just pretty much got some candies and flan cause I'm loving the flan here in BCN. Oh and you can't bet the Dia potato chips for €0.67 if you buy 2. Love Dia!! I went to a Hammam in Turkey and the receptionist explained that this was a Moroccan version. I got the rituals of the Medina package which included the traditional Hammam and a 20 or 40 minute massage. I got the 20 minute massage and wish I booked a longer one. All you need is a bathing suit and they provide slippers and a robe. When you start, you go downstairs and prep for the Hammam service by entering the wet pool and sauna rooms. You sit and relax and wait for your service. When the Hammam is done, they escorted me to the massage area and let me select which oil I wanted. I chose jasmine and it was a great experience. Finally, they let us wind down in a cushioned seated area with tea and a snack. A great relaxing time that I would do again and again.

Got to my appointment 15:30, front desk staff was very friendly so was everyone else. I waited for my scrub for about 30min. When I finally went in, there was nothing ritual about it. The scrub,mask hammam session took only about 15min then I was done with the treatment. I was even surprise that the clay mask was even applied in that short of time. The lady had me rinse myself off with a shower, rather than doing the ritual bowl water rinse. After the session went in for a massage with head & scalp. The massage was relaxing, could use a little more pressure. The head & scalp massage was not great same as well could use more pressure like your actually getting a massage rather than feeling more like a touch.

I was visiting a friend who lives in Barcelona so left the bag & receipt there. Once I returned home to Mallorca, I realised they had sold me an empty Tester pot. I contacted the store but they are not interested as I don't have receipt & I paid cash! I gave them photos, time & date, plus the details of items purchased. The actual tester pot also had a Sephora sticker on the bottom with had written dates on it. Avoid this company, absolutely dreadful way to treat a customer
