The place and the setting are amazing. As you can expect in a traditional French brasserie. The host wasn't very friendly, and the staff is easily overwhelmed (understand that they are understaffed here) and sweaty (it's really warm in there) but they love joking with customers try to smile all the time. Food: ok. My choucroute was perfect. 31 euros for the seafood version. 29 for the pork/meat version. It was delish and fresh (it also featured smoked fish), tasty, not overly seasoned. I had a blast. My mother fell in love with the desert (she tends to do this quite a bit): The profiteroles, a house specialty! It can easily be shared among 3 people for desert: 3 puffs, coverde with warm bitter chocolate stuffed with vanila ice cream. It was to die for.
