The equipment is first class and it is much cheaper. What I like the most are the hours, 24/7 all year long. This place is only for training. No sauna or pool or trainers other than the first familiarization walk through. No drink bar but vending machines with fair prices. Only real draw backs so far is the stairway leading to the gym is always full of trash and the staff should check and clean the locker rooms more often. However that was also a problem at Fitness First with the dirty locker room and toilets.

I think they were told that their job is to make sure that everyone does everything correctly, like at the post office, and if not then go figure it out and come back when you are no longer a confused idiot. The restaurant / cafe is a big disappointment. The food was uninspired and I think the lady working there was told that her job is to make sure the glasses, bottles, etc. behind the counter are all arranged perfectly and spotless, and if she has time after all that and doesn't have anything else at all she can think of to do, then she can look up and find out what the annoying customers want and then as quickly as possible throw it down in front of them with a huff and return to her regular duties. It is a large club with a big 4-lane pool, a separate yoga/classes room, squash courts, a HIIT workout floor, a separate weights and cardio area, plus sauna/steam rooms shared between the mens and womens locker areas. NOTE: The sauna/steam and wellness area is COED!! Unlike American gyms which usually have separate facilities (since people like to sauna and steam butt-ass nekkid). Here in Europe you'll find butt nekkid folks sharing space, like God intended...I'm just not 100% sure I was prepared on my second time at the gym for a few husky older German women to join me in the shower. But oh well, I have a story for the grand kids someday and God made us all...so there. I used the weight floors, and took advantage of the training floor downstairs. The had nice equipment, most of the employees spoke enough English for me to get around okay, the men's locker room was nice with hair dryers and all kinds of stuff, and there's a small café upstairs to get a protein shake when done. Additionally, (the most important) the personal service is not any helpful and absolutely not customer friendly oriented. Be careful what you sigh and always ask (and re- ask) for confirmations in written. The contact with FF is very hard- they never answer.
