I loved the musical ambiance, very zen as the decoration is: no blingbling, just the minimal - very traditionnal as it is in Japan! At the menu, a fresh miso soup, then delicious cold traditional vegetable salad. Sushi and sashimi were just at the top - long time we didn't have so tasty and so fresh fish. Dessert was green tea and ginger ice, wow! The restauration is spacy, 3 different dining rooms, one only for groups, so it's really ok to have your privacy, we had a great time. It's nice to have again the real best traditionnal japanese meal in the region - we cannot go again to the others, too much difference when you compare the quality! Last but not least: the new prices are reaaaaally fair, we had a great menu for 60 or 70 and I would like to come back asap with more hunger to tast the larger menu, I'm sure it worth every penny. It's good to have this great adress back: they are just doing a great job so if you want to eat japanse in the region, do not hesitate (I think closed on sunday evening and monday, best to make reservations anyway - I guess it will soon become a place-to-be in town...). Of course it's Gorgier so it's a little drive from Yverdon or Neuchatel but it's also quite easy by train, the restauration is quite close to the station.
