Forse la farinata è la cosa da prendere? Ordiniamo focaccia col formaggio, farinata e un po' di frisceu genovesi. La focaccia col formaggio è buona, ma a Recco e se ne trova di meglio, comunque dignitosa. La pasta è un po' meno sottile del solito, non croccantissima (ma può essere lo stile) e piena di formaggio. Uno di noi tre l'ha apprezzata tantissimo, ci vuole tornare presto. La farinata spettacolare! Un po' più spessa di come siamo abituati, ma super croccante sopra, morbidissima dentro e super unta di olio sotto. Una bomba. Veramente buona! I frisceu buoni, ma non sono la mia passione in generale. Decisamente torneremo e proveremo anche la loro cucina.

Took maybe about 15 minutes for the pizza to be ready. We went for the classic margherita pizza. It was so delicious! Definitely a great place to pop in and grab a bite.

All the ingredients are super fresh and I have to say that I was really satisfied at the end, I really enjoyed this pizza.
