Patti is amazing! So I've been seeing her since November of 2023 because of an intense hormonal breakout. So far my skin has almost cleared with her guidance in products at home and routine facials that she has catered to me. She is extremely knowledgable and up to date with the skincare industry and every time I see her she really takes the time to decide what best course of action is to reach my goals. I concur with Jenna M's review....I never received a call back to reschedule and appointment and never followed-up inspite of me texting her and calling her. I spent over $1000 in products and purchasing future hydrafacials. I like supporting small businesses' but I don't like being taken for granted or my time and money being disrespected. My skin looks radiant and I am relaxed and refreshed. I just visited Patti and had the HydraFacial. I always love facials, but after this one, my face feeels so clean - like no other facial before. I already booked again for early December. I have really only gotten facials once a year or so in the past, but now I'm hooked. I had some pretty dark sun spots, which are half as dark now. I'm really looking forward to my next treatment because I think they may disappear completely. If you have dark spots or clogged pores (and if Patti agrees), I recommend the HydraFacial procedure. This review is for customer service vs services performed. I called Patti a few weeks ago to schedule my very first facial. I know, I know, way behind here. I took a half day off to have a pamper myself day (something I don't normally do). I had an appointment at 3:30p, at 12:30p Patti texted me to tell me she had a migraine and had to cancel. I was annoyed because I had already take the day off but I was super understanding as I also get migraines. I immediately asked if she availability the following Friday, Patti replied that she'd contact me when she was feeling better and I haven't heard anything since. This customer service is a big let down as I was really looking forward to this treatment based on reviews. Will look to book services elsewhere. read more

I got a HydraFacial two weeks before my wedding to clean my skin, and that process definitely improved the quality, cleanliness, and feel of my skin. There are other facials available if the Hydra isn't quite what you're looking for. I had a custom facial a few days prior to my wedding to have just a relaxing hour and a cleaning session - not as involved as the Hydra, but still super beneficial. I also bought products, including the coconut moisturizer, tropical sunscreen, facial wash, and the stone scrub. The new regimen has been awesome: my skin is moisturized without being greasy, I use the sunscreen everyday (which I never did before), my skin is clearer, less red, and overall just looks and feels better. I am very happy with my results, Patty's consultation, and I will be going back for sure, and have recommended her to all of my friends. read more

Jenny Almaneih is a genius. She has taken my skin from normal to absolutely amazing every single time I have seen her. She understands that facials should be a delicate balance of work and relaxation, with a very personal, hands-on approach to every client. She doesn't push products, but does offer a WIDE variety if you are interested. She is also great at massage, waxing, tinting...you name it. Her prices are incredibly reasonable, since she doesn't have to pay a spa or salon half of her cost. And beyond all of that, she is an absolutely wonderful person. I have been battling dry skin over the past 7 years. Flakiness and wrinkles, I decided to go treat myself to a facial. I drove by this cute place in Campbell called La Bella Faccia they specialize in facials. I called and immediately got an appointment with Patti who has been doing facials for over 10 years. La Bella Faccia is a beautifully decorated very peaceful room with the soft sound of music and the sweet sound of trickling water in the background. Very spa like yet private. I have had many facials but none compare to this, the treatment was relaxing and felt wonderful on my face. Patti even massaged my hands and feet which were an unexpected treat. I was amazed at the service I received for the amount she charges. The facial was very reasonable and the place had all the qualities of a high end spa. Today, four days later my face still feels soft and has this glow to it. The day after my facial my husband and I went to dinner, he looked across the table and said, babe, your face looks bright, glowing and amazing. Yes Patti, I am your new customer! I have been seeing Jenny for 3 years now and she is the best esthetician I've ever been to. She is the absolute best at waxing and is super quick and makes it as painless as possible. She gives the best facials and she carries lots of different products for every skin type. She is professional and well experienced, I can't say enough great things about her but you will love her! On the downside she isn't there everyday, she only works on Mon., Wed., & Fri. but totally worth accommodating your schedule for. I believe there is another esthetician there on the other days but I have only been to Jenny and will never move now that I have found her. read more
