Even worse, Dr. Facer refused to address the situation personally. She left her staff to deliver her decision instead of taking responsibility for the response herself. And that response? I would still be charged for the appointment I accidentally booked -- but I was "welcome" to schedule another appointment for the following week and pay for that one too.
