Some of my hair is pretty light so being in a dimmed room like you'd be in for a massage didn't help much. I found patches of hair afterward. Tried to reschedule but she couldn't fit me in until a week later so I decided not to bother. I wasn't sure whether I'd be charged again anyway. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience here. Her salon is beautiful (always decorated to a T) , spotless, and so welcoming, with coffee, treats, and the best atmosphere. She's incredibly talented, educated on the newest styles and products, and somehow manages to get us all in, even with our busy family schedule. My time in the chair always goes by too fast because we have so much to catch up on! I get to visit with a life long friend who also happens to make my hair look amazing. The girls that I work with at the Gallery are not just co-workers but life-long friends. I am the youngest person there (and by that I mean the other girls I work with range in age from 40 to 60). I have never felt so good about going to work! I love the small town feel the salon gives, and clients that come in. Our salon may not be the "prettiest" salon, but it is the warmest, most cozy, most friendly salon I have ever been in...EVER. So I kindly asked if we could switch it and the employee got angry and the new set turned out sloppy in the way that landlords do a poor paint job on a cheap rental property. They also ground some of my skin when they were re-prepping my nails. The tools they used to grind the nails were also dirty and full of other peoples skin and nail flakes.
