Some of my hair is pretty light so being in a dimmed room like you'd be in for a massage didn't help much. I found patches of hair afterward. Tried to reschedule but she couldn't fit me in until a week later so I decided not to bother. I wasn't sure whether I'd be charged again anyway. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience here. I'd go back. Just hope they can get some better lighting.

The front is uneven as well. When my mom questioned the stylist for cutting so much during the service she was snapped at. Very rude, but seemed typical of the salon with the exception of the receptionist. Back in Denver to fix my cut, losing another three inches when all I wanted was a two inch trim. :(

My husband has officially been converted too--no more of those drop-in haircuts for him! Her salon is beautiful (always decorated to a T) , spotless, and so welcoming, with coffee, treats, and the best atmosphere. She's incredibly talented, educated on the newest styles and products, and somehow manages to get us all in, even with our busy family schedule. My time in the chair always goes by too fast because we have so much to catch up on! I get to visit with a life long friend who also happens to make my hair look amazing. We've trusted her for two decades, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

The girls that I work with at the Gallery are not just co-workers but life-long friends. I am the youngest person there (and by that I mean the other girls I work with range in age from 40 to 60). I have never felt so good about going to work! I love the small town feel the salon gives, and clients that come in. Our salon may not be the "prettiest" salon, but it is the warmest, most cozy, most friendly salon I have ever been in...EVER.
