Some of my nails, after taking off my gels. A bacterial infection

Where do I start. I have used LaBelle for over a year. Each time, I have noticed when using the tools to clean the nails, use the drummel on the nails, Lynn always puts them back in the same case, never into any sterilization liquid. Also, after putting the gel on my nails, all the excess goes back into the main container to be used again. The nail file is always nasty looking and it's never a new one for a customer, and other things I have noticed. Un sanitary. I have told my husband a few times, someone is going to wind up with a bacterial infection on their nails, well that someone was me. I do not recommend La Belle for nails. She would just trim my nails without asking how long, then ask me "ok"? My nails were never the same size. My little fingers would have different size nails, and the same with the rest of my nails. Always different. I will not go back. Anyway, after the last time she did my nails, I noticed something under one nail that was getting darker and darker. I managed to get it off, and there was a large green area on my nail, so I took off all of my nails, and out of 10 nails, 7 were turning green. I'm angry. Use LaBelle's at your own caution.

MY GO-TO PLACE All the cute ladies here are so inviting and welcoming. I come here to do my gel nails for $40, and they have so many different colors. The photos attached is my sister's nails as well as my own. I did a mood changing lilac color that changes into a periwinkle when it touches water. My accent nails are holographic and one is gold glitter. My sister did a a berry pink that changes into a dark purple. Price is soooo good for what you get. Service wise, and color wise. read more

I loved my pedicure, they did a really great job and the massage was good with hot stones at the end. I got a regular pedicure and added on a callus remover for $5, totaling $37. They did try to get us to do gel pedicures. My mother got the "deluxe" but they only did the callus remover and hot stones (which were included in mine?) and they still charged her $50 for all the other add ons they DIDN'T do (like a scrub and wax). So be aware of that. I would not recommend getting a dip manicure. My nails took a long time and they're chunky, thick, and unevenly filed. Hard to get on picture though read more

I called the salon to see if they will honor a gift certificate I received for Xmas. It got thrown away by mistake with all the wrapping paper. She said sorry no sorry sorry ! Just kept saying it. I have the ladies name that sold the certificate and date and roundabout certificate number. Still she said u loose certificate no service sorry no can do. She was rude and said she was the manager. If u have all the pertinent information they can look it up. Don't all business keep records ?? read more

Took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done on my daughter's birthday within two days her nails fell off, took them back to the salon. They redid them and within two days they fell off yet again not to mention when they did my daughters the first time they didn't even paint the entire nail it looked like she needed a fill Right after being done. They did redo both girls nails again but still did not do a very good job. Will definitely not be going back. read more

I called looking for a fill & they said they'd do it for $35, when it's time to pay the lady charged me $50! 2 days later one of my nails break with little to no effort then soon after another breaks. 2 nails break within the first week & when I go back in to get the broken nails fixed they charged me another $10 to fix their mistake! Every other nail salon I've been to will fix the nail for free if they break within a week, not here apparently. Today marks 10 days since I got my nails done & 3 nails have came off already. Im not even going back to get the 3rd fixed I'd rather super glue it and wait until it's time to get another fill. Never again coming here. read more

We stopped in Ukiah on our journey from LA to WA this past Sat 9.7. Our hotel, the Comfort Inn was great, updated, clean and had a great staff. I had time for a pedicure and saw La Bella nail salon was nearby. I was very impressed with pedi, hot rocks and foot/shoulder massage. So much so when I left, I forgot my wedding rings and my great aunt's ring which had been given to me. I did not realize till the next day at 6 am when we were ready to get back on the highway :/ Thankfully, La Bella was open on Sunday!! We were there when they opened and Emmie? THANKFULLY had seen my rings and kept them safe to return. HOW LUCKY!! They would not take a reward and wished me well. Great salon even better were honest, genuine people. I will never forget how grateful I was to have my rings back. Finally to our vacation destination and wanted to say Thank you again La Bella! Kind regards, A grateful traveler read more

I came in as a walk-in and was welcomed to a chair immediately. I came just after 10a on a Saturday. The woman who helped me (I believe her name was "Kim") was so gentle and so attentive to detail. The color I picked was very different on the nail than what I expected and she suggested the perfect color. Even as more people came in, she did not begin to rush through my manicure or pedicure. I appreciated not be upsold constantly throughout the services. Everyone was masked and spread apart and I felt very comfortable with their Covid measures. Thank you for providing me some much needed pampering! read more

I got a manicure there in Sunday. Station # 3 gave me the worst manicure ever. Filed down my nails so thin, then 5 coats of polish. My nails are all different lengths. Took my nails forever to dry. Now they are chipping and breaking. I had to take the polish off and cute all my nails down to the stub!!! They are like robots and take no pride in their work. Don't wast your time there you will be disappointed!!! read more

If there was a ZERO rating I would have chose that. This place is not even worthy of a 1 star. The people that work here are unlicensed and very rude. I brought my little girl in to get her nails done and she left with her fingers bleeding. Not once did the lady feel bad for what she had done. Not once did she apologize. No little girls on their special nail days should leave with their fingers bleeding and never even be offered a band aid or a way to clean it. This place is a filthy disgusting and the lady is lucky to still be sitting in her chair from the way she conducts her careless business. So bad that it had to be reported to the state. read more

Horrendous experience!!!! Negative 5 stars. i went in to have my acrylics re done and she ripped them off did not soften them just ripped them off with half my natural nail!!! it was so painful. then she laughed at me and told me i had baby hands. Don't go there seriously terrible experience. read more

New spot in SESR. A friend recommended and re having 1/2 off services until end of March, so I figured why not try it out, they can't mess up a acrylic fill.... well. Walking in, gorgeous BRAND NEW space!! When the lady started working on me, 3 people gathered around her which made me question if she was new or if they were learning. I tried to tell her some things I wasn't a fan on (like having the bed of my nail thicker than the end- looks like a hump) but she said don't worry about it I'll fix when filing... long story short, it's still a hump! She was very detailed oriented which I like but kinda annoyed she wouldn't listen to what I wanted. THIS IS THE KICKER- when paying, they told me the price for the fill but then CHARGED ME $5 because she CUT my nail... isnt that included in the price ? I tried to argue and they were not having it so BE AWARE! overall for the price @ 50% off it wasn't terrible and unsure if I'll go back only because I'll need my nails cut again read more

I usually never get my nails done so it's kind of hard to give a review. i got my nails done two weeks ago (roughly) and on friday, i went and got a refill. whoever did my nails was okay, could have been nicer but i won't complain. i got acrylics with a color. they do look nice but here it is monday and two nails have already broken off or fell off when i was at work last night. i was not at all rough with them. the color doesn't match the photo and i know they can't get the correct coloring (from what she said). if i'm going to be paying 30$ for a refill, i want what i asked for. read more

I was referred to this salon for a pedicure and my matte polish was patchy, my glued rhinestones had glue leaked on the sides of the nail and she scratched my foot with a very rough foot pumice. I was not pleased and will not be returning. read more

Made an apt for 4pm didn't get seen tell 5pm. When I did get seen they left me with tips on for another 45 minutes. To say the least I did Not get my nails done. If I could I would give this place 0 stars for their customer service in fact the service all together. read more

I write this in response to some of the negative comments I have read... LABELLE is my go to place for my bi monthly spa days. Lynn is my main provider, but everyone is above par! Are they human? Do they make mistakes- of course. Do we choose the wrong color or style? Yes... What I have found is that they are always willing to help and go above and beyond to correct any problems. read more

It was okay. Walked in and it was basically empty. Which is good and bad. Good because my friend and I could get our nails done. Bad because it makes you wonder why people aren't coming here. I got a dip manicure. She did not soak my nails, did not remove my cuticles, she didn't moisturize my hands after the manicure. She did however, give me a small unexpected massage. She charged me $45 for a dip manicure. Pros: *It doesn't smell chemically, there are vents everywhere *They do dip *It wasn't busy Cons *She didn't remove my cuticles *She did an okay job *She was rough! read more

Took my girlfriend to this place for Christmas, after hearing good things from my friends. Upon arriving, we were greeted nicely and they sat her down in around 15 mins. During the process of picking her nails, the nail technician Lynn helped her pick colors. They really treated us like family. Another thing that I noticed abt the place was the cleanliness. We've been to MUSTYYY and I mean MUSTYYY places, but this nail place was crazy clean and smelled nice. Will for sure come back! read more

The service and pedicure part was good but the paint job is the worst I've seen. Not down to pay $40+tip for a paint job my dog could have done for me. I know light colored polishes are difficult to make look good, but it's possible. It's almost like they left too much oil on the nails before painting so the paint just floated to the center of the nails. The wax and hot stones were nice, but I want to leave feeling cute too. read more

The ladies are very very friendly it's big and spacious and beautiful Decour inside not only that but the lady that did my nails on a walk in late last minute business did them quickly and they were so elegant and lasted and they were feels as a matter fact they lasted another four weeks and barely can get them off she did such a good job I have done they're getting them just as pleased And for the full set it was under 50 bucks love it read more

I have been seeing Lynn for about ten years now. She always does a beautiful job on my nails. I love that this business is owned and operated by this lovely local family. Their services are very reasonably price and when I walk in I'm always treated like a VIP guest. An added bonus is that I can almost always get a walk in appointment. Also at the top of my priority list is the very clean and sanitary environment that is maintained by the staff here. read more

Big salon with every imaginable service - tanning, waxing, nails & pedicures. They have the usual basic price, from which they can upswell additional services. It was cool in a hot, 100 degree Friday night to pop in for a relaxing pedicure. The micro-plane cheese grater had me laughing! But my feet were gorgeous when done! read more

I came in wanted to do basic white gel nail polished but he suggested a natural white tip look. I agreed and he did them a way I had never seen before. They turned out soooo good! I will definitely be coming back. I am so happy with the quality and the way they look. Just keep in mind that this is appointment only place and the parking is very tight.

I sat down in a chair with a broken massage device, and when I tried to tell the nail tech she pretended not to speak English! I decided to add the callus remover to my experience and the lady left a huge gross skin flap attached to my foot. If your going to peel my skin off you should actually take it off. I was sincerely looking forward to a foot massage, but the tech painted my toes before massaging my foot and didn't even touch my foot after. This experience was a huge disappointment to say the least. When the time came to pay I was severely sticker shocked, $30 for the worst pedi I have had in a long time. Thanks for highway robbery, and that's about it.

I guess I should've asked then how long it would take but in my 20 years of getting my nails done, I've never spent four hours at the nail salon. They started with my pedicure right away, which actually was nice. It did take longer than expected, but at least I was sitting in a massage chair... but then comes the manicure. I asked for short acrylics with a micro French manicure and showed a few pictures for inspo. I asked if he could do it which he said he could: if he would've been honest and said no, I could've just went with a solid color. I kid you not, this manicure took just under 3 hours. And looked NOTHING like what I requested (see pictures below) . I ended with acrylics that were much wider than my true nail bed, longer than I asked for (even after asking him to shorten). my cuticles were irritated, inflamed and painful!. I would've been there for even longer than four hours if I didn't finally say something two hours and a half hours into my full set, asking if he would be done soon. The French tip looked NOTHING like what I asked for. He painted the white on about five times thicker than I requested. I asked him to make it thinner, which he barely did but at this point I was late for my afternoon plans and just needed to get out of there... so I said thanks and I tipped 20% (he was nice even if he did an awful job but looking back I shouldn't have tipped anywhere close to that). I was so mad at myself afterwards because my nails were nothing like I wanted. I work in medicine and needed something subtle; not bold outdated pink and white nails. Not only did I spend literally four hours at the nail salon. I then spent most of my Sunday evening filing my nails down, trying to make them look in proportion to my actual nail beds and make the french tip thin like I requested... I ended up painting over them cause I still hated them and now my nails look worse than they ever did before I walked into that salon. Save yourself the time, money and heartache and look elsewhere.
