We went to this restaurant based on Yelp reviews without realizing that it's a MOROCCAN restaurant. Nevertheless, my soup was thick and flavorful and the chicken with vegetables was also tasty. My husband enjoyed his foie gras and meaty lamb shank. Portions were generous. This is a small place and the waiter is also the cook. They were very friendly but didn't speak much English so we used Google translate. read more

Food here is always consistently great. Never had Moroccan food before setting foot in here about 10 years ago, I keep returning, look forward to it every visit to Toulouse. So glad it is still here, a hidden gem. cozy and aromatic atmosphere. read more

We've been to Morocco, and this is the BEST Moroccan food we've ever had. OMGosh!!! We had 3 starters bc we couldn't decide -- aubergine/salmon, goat cheese in a pastry, and a shrimp/ scallop. Food: The olive cheese bread and salad was very good, not sure what cheese it was but it was REALLY rich and delicious. The duck skewers were also good, a honey nut glaze of top was unique and very good. "Bien cui" and it came out perfect, red in the middle. All of the food was good and different from what we had eaten on previous nights. Atmosphere: It's a little cramped inside, only enough room for possibly 15-20 downstairs and upstairs, it was a tight squeeze. Also, watch out for the low bridge going upstairs, not made for tall people! Service: Our waiters were nice, no complaints. They were very attentive to everyone that came in, almost like they have a lot of "regulars". Price: Very inexpensive, 18 Euro for a full meal. One price for everything so that makes it REAL easy. You order what you want to eat and not something just because it is expensive or inexpensive. Overall: The small tables were what got me, because I am pretty tall, so that was a little uncomfortable. But, I could say that for a lot of places in Toulouse. Overall though, good food, good prices, unique dishes. I will come back to try more in the future! read more

Everything we ordered (pastilla, tagine, duck skewers) was outstanding.

Tres magnifique! The food, Moroccan soup was warm and delicious and perfectly spiced, Tajine (lamb) fell off the bone and was very flavorful. The service and atmosphere was incredible. It was the best meal we have had in France. read more

A small and super cozy place. The staff /waiters was very frendly, and siden historie utmost despite some language issues. Really enjoyed the Food, and the prices are more then exeptable. Charming little place down an alley. The two course menu was really reasonable at £18 with many options to choose from. Foie gras and the beef Kofta was good! Waitstaff we're really attentive and spoke a little English which helped my terrible French. Luckily they had an English menu. Place was really popular too with both locals and tourists. read more
