We enjoyed the four Toqués menu, and every dish was a thoughtful expression of flavor, creativity, and presentation. The evening began with an amuse-bouche that set the tone perfectly--delicate, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. Each course arrived on uniquely designed plates that added to the visual and sensory experience. The attention to detail was remarkable. A standout for me was the duck dish. I normally don't go for duck, but this one changed my perspective completely--tender, rich, and perfectly balanced. The dessert was equally impressive: colorful, artfully plated, and absolutely delicious. Our table loved it so much that we asked to try a second dessert--and they graciously accommodated us! We also ordered two bottles of wine, both excellent, but the white Condrieu truly stood out--elegant, aromatic, and a perfect pairing for the meal. La Maison des Toqués delivers not only exceptional food, but also warm, attentive service and a relaxed yet refined ambiance. Both the 'moules au curry' and the 'Estouffade de moules en façon jusant' (with chorizo, meat and tomato) scored a 10/10. The desserts looked amazing, but unfortunately we already ate too much to try them. But at first sight: you won't regret ordering a dessert at all!
