    Quatro fromaggi pizzq

Most probably one of the most tasty pizzas in town. Oven baked pizzas, big portioned pizzas. A bit disappointed by the music (lady Gaga), and the lack of drinks variety. It is a small place, more appropriate for a quick pizza "snack", rather than a dinner experience.

First impressions of the place is that it must be good when half of the tables are full of Italian people. I am very disappointed by the fact that they forgot our order twice and we waited more than one hour for our pizzas while we saw the tables after us being served first. Despite the poor service, the pizzas are the best I have ever tried in Belgium and has made me decide to hopefully come back soon.

    Margerita burrata, delicious!

It's a bit weird that the best pizza I ate while traveling through Europe ending up being at this spot in Brussels. Whatever, I'm not complaining. This was a great Yelp find and made for a delicious last meal before heading back stateside. The place is very authentic and the menu is on a chalkboard outside and is not in English (so good luck :)). My friends ordered the safe and always good, Margerita pizza; they both enjoyed it. I ordered the Margerita Burrata (that's as adventurous as I got since I couldn't understand the menu, ha). Our pizzas came out within 10-15 minutes of ordering. My pizza was &#$%@! delicious and I will think of it for many days to come. It had a nice layer of tomato sauce, chunks of smoked mozzarella cheese, fresh basil leaves, pieces of sweet cherry tomatoes, and olive oil drizzled over. Such a simple pizza, but those flavors together were just amazing. My friends and I decided that we will be adding fresh basil leaves to our pizzas moving forward. The couple sitting next to me went inside to change their order after they saw my pizza. I let them know that they made the right decision :) We could tell the place was popular as many locals walked in to pick up their orders to go and many people were turned away for not having reservations. We just got lucky that we walked up and there was an open spot for us in their outdoor seating. So I guess make a reservation or try your luck! (it's worth trying your luck and it'll also be worth waiting if they ask you to wait).

Personal size pizza w/salami, garlic, chilli paste and smoked mozzarella

Best pizza I have ever had! Cash only, menu on big board, small restaurant and limited menu. Service was slow and kept forgetting what we asked for. But...this is the one place I did not mind poor service. I had a 1/4 carafe of their house red and a pizza with salami, garlic and smoked mozzarella cheese. BEST EVER! They also put some red chilli paste on it that wasnt too spicy. Despite the slow service we could have kept on bugging them to get what we wanted, but opted not to. I got to talking to them after my meal and they were great people to get to know. Very friendly. This place is popular so make reservations!

Came here again as a party of 5 with visiting US folks and once again while the food was excellent (which is why it is 5-star) the service really veered from fantastic to bad during the course of the evening! Hence am keeping my rating of 4 stars as before even though the food totally is 5-star worthy! So to start with, it took like 45 minutes to order (and even with 2 diners running late) when our table was complete it still took a loooonnng while to get the attention of the waiter. Plus the folks left on the table weren't given any olives to nibble on, although those were provided to other diners. The good news is that when we did get the waiter, he said he could make our own pizzas, if we told him what we liked and so 1 person got the mushroom pizza, another got fish eggs (yes, really! because they were out of all other seafood); 3rd person said he liked pepperoni, 4th person wanted mushrooms and the wild boar bacon, and I wanted something spicy as well as the wild boar bacon. I must say the diner who requested a pizza similar to pepperoni, his pizza was just out of the ball park and ranked #1 for all of us! We later found out this was because he had both smoked mozzarella cheese and something called 'Nduja - which is a spicy pork paste from Calabria, and I would totally recommend getting any pizza that has this as a topping! (As a side note - the fish eggs pizza was too salty for me, but the diner who ordered said he didnt feel the salt levels as much). We had drinks as well and bill was around 80 euros. So I will be back, but only because the food is so good!

The food is ok but the service is horrible. The waiters are rude, badly organised. Overall has not been a pleasant experience for me.

The pizza was fantastic. It was an unexpected find but I think it's now my favorite pizza in Brussels.

From Instagram: The 'Nduja and Lemon pasta is a signature year-round favorite dish at NONA Pasta restaurants in Brussels. It features fresh spaghetti alla chitarra tossed with spicy Calabrian 'nduja pork sausage, fresh lemon, and Parmigiano Reggiano, with an option to top it with creamy stracciatella. I love that this restaraunt has an onsite pasta atelier. They keep to traditional Italian recipes while sourcing local ingredients for a true farm to table experience. The end result, a masterpiece! Everything's fresh, authentic and flavorful. This particular dish, in my opinion is the star of the show. It IS somewhat spicy without being overbearingly hot...this is part of the allure. I'm sure that I'll visit again before leaving Brussels and will, yes - order the exact same dish! Must eat outside and do a bit of people watching as visitors transit the city center. While busy I was seated as soon as I arrived and service was great. The ultimate experience. Give it a try!

They truly have trapped magic in a bottle. The menu isn't large but they do also have a rotating seasonal menu that accompanies it. All the dishes on the main menu are Italian classics done right. Most dishes have pork or beef. The pasta tasted very fresh and the portions were what you would want of a good Italian restaurant, plentiful. My "white" ragú was packed full of flavor and the beef was tender. The pecorino cheese used was perfect. All in all, this is the type of place that is always busy and with good reason. Since they don't take reservations lines do form at the front of both sister locations on the same block. Make the line, it moves fairly quickly. And if it doesn't it is still well worth it.
