We got here on Sunday night and for about half and hour we were the only customers. The Sangria selection is simply overwhelming, there are about 80 Sangrías to choose from. They also have a selection of tapas, which you can "mix and match" through their sampler menu. We ordered the Sangria sampler which contained six different Sangrías (3oz each) for $18 and the mini food sampler (3 types) for $15. The sangria flavours that we ordered were: grape, passionfruit, coconut, guava, coffee and tamarind. As for the food, we ordered the Queso Frito, Guayaba Empanadillas and Chicken Alcapurrias. Each of the food items came in servings of five. I really appreciate the waitress's effort to explain the menu, as well as the food items to us. It wasn't necessary, as we would've figured out a way out but she was attentive and informative. I must say that upon arriving here, I expected some homemade sangria. Surely I didn't expect all 80 flavours to be made in-house, but I wasn't ready for the realization that all 80 flavours came from store-bought and sourced bottles. When we got the sampler, I was surprised by how overwhelmingly sweet the Sangrías were and the lack of fresh fruit flavour. The food was pretty good, I especially loved the saltiness of the queso frito. My suggestion for the owners is to start selling house-made sangria as nothing will ever beat the fresh-made taste. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the variety of flavours, as well as the service.

I planned a tour for my sister with a stop at the restaurant . I was initially worried as their website is currently down for maintenance but my tour company called and they left me know I didn't need a reservation . The white sangria was amazing! My sister had the swordfish which came with vegetables and I had the lobster risotto. It was creamy and delicious . It was so large I couldn't finish it all . We started with appetizers coquettas and I think shrimp ? It was so good . We finished with the bread pudding that was amazing and it came with what tasted like salted caramel ice cream . I took my sister here because I know she loves wine and it's a wine bar but the sangria had us hooked ! The restaurant has parking and it's in a mini mall in Carolina . I noticed several people skipped the tour and did the drinks for X amount of dollars and visited the gift shop. The tour offered all the details on the making of rum and the history of Bacardi, and I was surprised that Bacardi is the largest privately held, family-owned spirits company in the world. Most impressive, especially in 2026 with all the buyouts and corporate mergers. If you have the opportunity, don't pass it up as everything is clean, organized and the staff is friendly and helpful.

An interesting option is the mixology tour which you are able to craft your own cocktails...that tour is $80. The main waiting area has a bar as well as a small food stall area, which they sell light snacks and eating options for purchase. There are lots of tables and various types of seating...a nice space to relax. There was also live music played when I visited at around 5pm on a Thursday. There is also an indoor area, called the Bat Cave, which is essentially a indoor bar with tables and chairs, for those who don't want to be outside. All staff throughout my visit were great...very friendly, patient and helpful. I did end up driving there due to my schedule and it was about a 25-minute drive from the Old San Juan area. There is a ferry you can take from the Old San Juan Cruise/Ferry port which connects you with a shuttle bus/van that takes you to Casa Bacardi.

Our waiter was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us the entire night. Consistently checking in, refilling waters, removing plates, etc. The ceviche was some of the best I've had on the island so far. The fish was fresh and juicy, and the mango was the perfect touch. Each entree that we ordered was nearly licked cleaned from how good it was. Our favorites of the night were the lobster ravioli and ribs. We each had dessert as well, the chocolate cake and crème brûlée was perfect! I can't recommend this place more! It has been of our favorite places in Puerto Rico so far.

For entrees we had the linguini with chicken in a garlic oil broth, the lobster and shrimp ravioli, the spinach ravioli in a pesto sauce and the tuna...all fantastic. The moment we got there the server made us feel at home and the waiter was on point too. The vibe is old school jazz bar...just phenomenal food and everything...in NYC would have been a $100 cover plus dinner and drinks.

You had to go to your balcony and look down to see the beach and the pool area. The hotel was super bright and clean and the front desk staff checked me in quickly. My room wasn't immediately ready but I received a wristband for amenities and went to have lunch. After checking in, I changed and went to the pool bar for a couple hours. The female who worked the pool bar was excellent but the guys were so inattentive that many went a while without drinks. They were too busy watching the soccer game on TV. They were so focused on the game that numerous attempts to wave them down went unnoticed. When I arrived I checked my suit case with the bell stand. When picking up my bag it took forever. I am not sure why the bell stand is so far from where they keep the bags. The lobby bar was excellent and I spent each night there for a bit having drinks and socializing with other guests. Although the hotel was great, I feel like I was out and about in PR more and did not take full advantage of the amenities considering how much I paid for the room. Although I would absolutely stay here again, I will probably stay somewhere different next time so I am not paying for amenities I won't use.

This hotel has an attached casino and it is very large with tables and digital machines. You have choices of cabana rooms or rooms overlooking the ocean. I chose the ocean view with patio. The room was very large and the bed and pillows were comfy. I really like the pillows not too fluffy, soft, or hard. The housekeepers were the best given how large the room was and how they have to deal with sand tracked into the room. They mopped everyday and ensured the tile was spotless. I also chose to use points to get the breakfast every morning and I am glad I did that breakfast if bought separate would run $40 a day, but with the selection you had would still be worth it. Everything was fresh and so good. I fell for the Puerto Rican Farina type cream of wheat and the corn type cream of wheat. I also enjoyed how the hotel had designated employees who would carry your beach chair to a spot and dig an umbrella into sand for you at no charge. If you have a rental car the hotel has covered parking and the hotel covers the parking fee included in price of room. There is a gem outside the hotel and that's the hotel gelato bar. This is the best gelato I have ever tasted. The raspberry and lemon combination I picked was heavenly. The lemon hit your taste bud joyfully and I wanted more! I could go on about the hotel but I hope the pictures capture the rest. This is a good vacation hotel to pick.

I can't put your finger on it exactly, the waiter was downright snobby. And looking at the other reviews here, I'm not the only one with that impression. After some additional unnecessary discomfort, we eventually settled the check and left to have dinner elsewhere. -- They said they didn't have a wine list when we asked for it, but the same waiter came with a list after we sat there indecisively deciding whether to leave or not. Didn't like the initial dishonesty. We were placed at a table under the air conditioner, which dripped on our table cloth. After putting in our orders, the waiter comes back and tells us the grouper carpaccio was out and suggests something else. We tell him to just waive it. He suggests another entree which we politely refuse. A short while later, the waiter says the grouper is somehow available again. Isn't that funny? Dishonest service and try-hard snobby ambience.
