I ordered the Gordita with chicken, chips and guacamole, and a chicken quesadilla online for pickup. They reduced my order very quickly and my food was very hot and fresh. The value of the quesadilla is pretty much unbeatable for having meat and the portion size. Everything was very tasty, only critique is that their chips could use some salt (but they're still great)!! The service was friendly and fast. This is a old Pizza Hut building jazzed up. The waitress was super nice even gave recommendations on what salsa paired best with the different dishes and meat. I got a taco quesabirria, al pastor, suadero, cabeza, tripa, and a strawberry horchata for a drink. The quesabirria taco with the consume was awesome, I could drink the consume. The al pastor was good. The suadero and cabeza were very good, new favorite next to the quesabirria. The tripa was an experience, that's me not the food. The strawberry horchata was new and very good. Will definitely be going back when in GB area. read more

Yes, it's an old Pizza Hut, but the food is delicious! Quesabirria tacos, cheesy, broth is delicious.... Best birria tacos I have had yet to date since moving here in January. Beans and rice were good as well. Wife thought she was going to have ground beef tacos... LMAO, not here, honey! She had the steak tacos American style, very good as well. It was our very first time in Green Bay for my Fiancé and I, and we did a lot of walking and getting to know the place! Of course we ended up getting hungry so I decided to look up some Tacos that we could eat and La carreta showed up and as soon as I saw that they sell Birria tacos! Didn't think it twice we headed on to eat there! IT WAS AMAZING!!! Definitely will be coming again for some more birria tacos! We don't have these back at home so it was pretty good to find a restaurant that sells them! I'm originally from El Paso, TX and anyone from a border town can tell you what authentic and tasty Mexican food should be. This is the best Mexican food I have had since going back home. I currently live in Austin, TX and have found nothing like this. Central Texas is know for "Tex-Mex" which is a joke and don't expect any of that here. All business when it comes to legitimate Mexican food down to the strawberry Horchata which was amazing.
