This place USED to be great back in the day.... not sure why, but they have a massive attitude & they are rude. Why be rude to your customers? They also do a crappy job, this used to be the best place to get a car wash, NOT anymore ALWAYS missed spots, I recently had full service done on my dad's car- tons of areas on the windows missed spots, outside the passage side of car had grass stuck all over the front, they only brushed 1 side. even the dry down was sloppy. read more

The way they treat people. So I had 8 paid full service car wash receipts which equals $256. I turned in my receipts for a free car wash and they make you feel as though you are begging them for something. Plus the service I received was not even close to the service I would have received had I paid. I sat there and watch the lady and her husband talk about the people who were turning in their receipts for free car wash. This left a very bad impression. I will never go there again. I will use Washington St car wash from now on. read more

Prices are very reasonable regardless of what you want done. Spent only $25 for a full service car wash that brought my car back to life again. They hand wash your car before sending it through the wash and do another inspection to make sure no spots were missed! Highly satisfied I recommend to everyone read more

As you see in the pictures, there was a lot missed during this car wash. Not enough water to spray the soap off left streaks in the back. The trunk was not opened to wipe off dirt on the bumper. Wheels are still dirty although they did take the time to shine them. The men at the car wash, however, were polite and did an overall good job with the interior. The exterior, where the soap was washed off, looked good. Since the other car washes are far worse, LA gets 4 stars. I will visit them again and modify the review accordingly. read more

Loved how clean and shiny my car was after the $25 car wash. I live on a dirt road and don't usually spend money on the interior of the car because it's impossible to keep the car clean, but this was a treat and the car came out looking fabulous. My only complaint (very small complaint) is that the shiny wax they used inside the car could have been wiped a little better, as we saw spots afterward, but all in all, not a big deal for me. The full service package 2 is so worth it. They pay attention to detail. When the line is long expect to wait about 5-10 minutes for each car on the full service line which is the left . Two guys clean and vac your car all nicely with interior wax. They also clean your car well outside before it goes through the machine car wash. A lot of sweat and tears goes into cleaning your car as if it was their own. I'm from brooklyn, I've owned my car for 4 years and for those amount if times I've got it washed ( about 25 a year ). I have never seen so much attention and time into cleaning and detailing for a full service. Love this place and would definitely come again. read more

Would not recommend. Highly unprofessional and a scam. Paid 30 dollars for their full service #2. In the 5 minutes I waited in the lobby, I am positive they barely vacuumed the mats and did a general wipe down with a rag. Then they funneled me through an automated car wash, where at the end no one came out to check on the car or finish the job. Grossly overpriced for such mediocre service. There is still dust inside and tons of streaks on the outside. read more

Went here to clean the car after moving here from D.C., we moved with our dog and after having her in the back seat for 5 hours there was an astounding amount of dog hair. So I got the $18 car wash to get the interior cleaned and vacuumed. Let's just say I could have done a better job (which I did, I went to a gas station and fixed it) and I have a sprained ankle ! This used to be THE best car wash around. Went last week and they had dirty water, dirty towels and left streaks all over the outside AND inside of my car, didn't vacuum the mats and didn't clean any of the smaller areas ie: cup holders, change holder, gear shift, etc. There was only 1 other car there so it's not like they were overwhelmed. Yes the prices are reasonable but I'd rather spend a few extra bucks to get a well done job. I could not be more disappointed with this place and I will not be going back. Such a shame. read more
