Food was just ok. My wife had the pozole and said it was bland. I had the huevos motu Keri's and they were good. Not close to as good as those at the Wyndham Grand. Good food but service is slow to non existent. Our plates came out in a timely manner but our sides came out after we had finished half our meal (and I had to ask for them). It was not bad though the chicken was dried and there was too much in the bowl. It can be better depending on the place. This place is awesome for breakfast, super fast with the food and very friendly. This is a staple when visiting Cancun for me we probably go 2-3 times because the chicken chilaqulies with Verde sauce are the best. If you don't know what Chilaquiles is, it's corn chips topped with Verde (green) or Rojo (red) sauce and you can add eggs or thin slices of chicken. It's the perfect start of the day, not over filling but the right amount of food before you hit the beach. They also have a amazing amount of pastries to choose from as well. read more

The customer service was poor, The taste of the food is very mediocre, the milkshake was hot, a couple of our foods didn't come with sour cream like it said in the menu and then they tried to charge us for it when we asked for it even though we mentioned it was already supposed to be on the food. I cannot rate a 5 star for this place, because the food is not all there. In my opinion for a restaurant to get a good 5 star the food has to be the best. Their dinner plates have no flavor even with salsas they serve with chips did not help. Their salsas are too liquidy. I am Mexican American and I know about good authentic Mex Food. The place is nice and clean. My experience was at dinner a table of 8 people, no one liked their food. Service was good, and the place is very touching seeing old couples all over in pict frames. The service was slow and the food was so so. Not your typical used to American Mexican style food. I ordered enchiladas and there was no melted cheese in them. They were just tortillas rolled in a red sauce sprinkled with a cheese crumble. Not good at all. My friends tortas were lacking much meat. I came here as I was on a vacation. When you walk in, you are greeted by at least two hostess waiting in the lobby. The they take you to your table, these girls were nice enough to let me pick where I wanted to sit. The service was prompt and they offered us free fruit even though it was listed in the menu with a price. They stopped by and checked periodically on how we were doing and even refilled the coffee with milk happily. The food tasted great, like something your mom would make from home. You could tell it was made the minute I ordered and if my stomach had been bigger I would have ordered the same plate again just so I could enjoy it all over. When we paid my boyfriend accidentally gave them the wrong debit card while I was in the bathroom and they were nice enough to let me know that something was wrong with the card which I then realized what happened. Keep in mind that my boyfriend knows hardly any Spanish and the women only spoke Spanish. They still were able to communicate and kept a great attitude the whole time. This is definitely one of my favorite spots and if I ever come back for a vacation my first stop to eat will be right here! read more
