You can also sample some hot sauces while here as well as purchase your own chile pepper seeds. You can also get a pack of mystery seeds at no cost and see what grows out of the pack - maybe you'll get a NuMex Big Jim (medium heat) or maybe you'll get a NuMex Sandia Select(hot strain)- who knows, and that's what makes it fun. Chile pepper research is still conducted at the research center & gardens, where over 150 varieties of chile peppers grow. We got a couple of colorful dwarf ornamental chile pepper plants to try out our green thumbs for only $8, and a multitude of seed packets can also be purchased. We also got to sample some of the hot sauces from Karma Sauce as featured on the show, "Hot Ones".

I think the most upsetting part was that I didn't get a call or message apologizing the first time I addressed my concern. The second time they cleaned I never got a message or call telling me they had finished or asking if I was satisfied with the final result. The only communication I received from them was an invoice to pay. I really believe that good customer service goes a long way in this day and age. I would have been more impressed that they called and cared. I would have been able to put aside the cleaning job itself if I would receive a phone call or message. It's a shame because I would have used them for a cleaning service on our short term rental home. But they lost my business. Not just on the bad cleaning job(twice,) but mostly on bad customer service.

First, no unauthorized automatic withdrawal occurred. The opposite happened: automatic payments on this account had been unsuccessful, which resulted in a past-due balance. Our company sent multiple notifications regarding the unsuccessful payments and the account balance. A separate issue involved a month when we were told that service had previously been requested to be temporarily suspended. We initially could not locate documentation of that request. We investigated the concern, requested additional information regarding the call, and ultimately removed the disputed month's charge. Our staff apologized for the misunderstanding, and at that time we were thanked for helping resolve the issue. Regarding the senior discount, that was an entirely separate matter and was not retaliation for questioning a bill. The account is held in the senior customer's name. Our office was subsequently informed that the senior account holder was no longer residing at the service address. Based on that information, the account was scheduled to be changed to the regular rate. When conflicting information was later provided regarding the account holder's residence, we advised that the matter would be reviewed before proceeding. We also want to be very clear about the statement warning customers against AutoPay because we will "steal" from them. That characterization is false. The balance involved unsuccessful automatic payments--not unauthorized withdrawals. At no point did our company take money through AutoPay that we were not entitled to take. We respect the decision of anyone who chooses to discontinue service, and we respect every customer's right to question a charge. In this case, our staff investigated the billing concern, adjusted the disputed charge, communicated extensively in an effort to resolve the situation, and remained professional throughout the process. In fact, following the resolution of the account issues, another individual involved with the account provided positive feedback regarding our staff's helpfulness and the quality of our service. We are a local company, and our reputation is extremely important to us. We will make mistakes from time to time, and when we do, we will investigate them and work to make things right. What we will also do is respectfully correct the record when our employees or company are accused of dishonesty when the documented circumstances do not support that accusation.

The separation continued until I finally decided to do something about it. The first thing I noticed while walking up to his front door was an immaculately restored Bel Air Chevrolet. I guessed '57, but he told me it was a '54. It was perfect and I immediately realized that Mr. G had to be a perfectionist (future review instantly goes to 5 stars). I found Mr. G to be friendly and professional. I asked Mr. G if he could fix my seat. He looked at it for a minute and stated he could try. He quoted me a price, and gave me his business card. I wrote down my contact information, and he said he would call me. The next morning at 8:35am he called me stating my seat was done, and I could come by and pick it up anytime. I was very pleased with the results of his work. He double stitched the problem areas and restored it to its whole condition. I probably saved $250-$300 by bringing my seat here, rather than buying a new seat, and additionally it's still original. If it (and me) lasts another 40,000 miles I'll be very happy. They finally added an AMI jukebox, to include the ability to run credit and debit cards. In addition, they've also installed a pool table as well. The bar itself seats about 10-15 people and there's tables in the general area. Parking is great and have handicapped stalls directly in the front. There is a rental hall, which is quite large.
