It was thick and came out medium, just as I had ordered it. A solid beer on the side. My main complaint about this place is with regards to the fries. Or lack there of. They serve chips (homemade) on the side. Not my style. Every good burger needs a good side of fries. Maybe if they fatten those chips up a bit, they could have worked.

We ordered the Bistecca di Hamburger, which was very dry, and the Burrata hamburger, which was okay with the burattini and pecorino. I paired it with a very intoxicating 7 Luppoli non Filtrata. Perfect combination. The whole scene for that afternoon was loud and busy. I would still recommend this burger joint to all my friends after learning from the cameriere that we could order our burgers the way we want it, rare, so that it is not dry.
