On the day of my wedding, Loretta was no where to be found. About 10 minutes after the ceremony was to begin, I called her cell phone to ask her where she was. She responded that she was just coming out of a meeting and stated that my wedding was not on her calendar. She said that she needed to get dressed and would be there in approximately 1/2 hour. That would have delayed my wedding by over 40 minutes with all of my guests waiting. Fortunately, a wedding guest who was ordained and could perform the ceremony was available. I called Loretta back to let her know her services would not be required. At no time did Loretta take responsibility or apologize for her scheduling error.
