It was on our way back to our hotel from the Plaza de Espana that we noticed this cute spot. They have this garden area/patio with iron wrought tables and seats and a quaint outdoor bar area. The sangria was very tasty. It was hard to get someone's attention when we wanted another round of drinks but otherwise it was a good experience. I ordered three tapas and was completely astounded by the portion sizes. I felt like I ate one starter and two main courses. The oxtail (€4) was flavorful and fall-of-the-bone tender. The fried bacalao (€3.50) was delicate on the inside, just the right amount of crispness on the outside. The suckling pig (€6) was a little under seasoned but still a bargain.
