She then followed me closely throughout the shop: everything I touched she told me it was so beautiful and fit me so well. I repeated several times to please, let me look in peace, it never worked. She actually had a fight (almost physical) with another seller to decide who I "belonged" to. I don't think it's solely a lack of training, I think it is also a clearly hostile management method. Are those sellers paid if they don't sell enough? Are they all competing for one single position? Benetton, if what you want is good sellers, just hire good sellers, or train them, but don't use the customers as pawns in your sick game.

The products are made of recycled durable tarps from delivery trucks and shipping containers. Each item is quite a bit different and unique. The idea is genius, using items that have been used but still appealing to the eye and indestructible with daily use. We stopped in to buy iPhone sleeves, which are a very cool idea in its own right. They offer an assortment of wallets, bags, pencil cases, phone cases, and messenger bags. Pretty cool assortment. Customer service is quite high on the list of how many stars an establishment deserves. The products here are definitely 5 stars, however, service is subpar. This stunning looking staff appear to be quite self absorbed, knowing that Freutag will walk out the door with buyers without the assistance of those who work there. Three star rating is based on service alone.
