They are relaxed and easygoing but take the boutique experience seriously, and were very attentive and kind to me despite the fact I came in dressed like a teenage boy and not like a sophisticated adult woman who might buy a $200 bra. I initially came because I wanted to purchase some Bordelle pieces without ordering them online, but I ended up trying on things I wasn't expecting to. At no point did I feel pressured to like stuff, nor were they pushy about measuring me like lingerie stores often are. Their website gives a good idea of what their stock is like, so if you're someone who appreciates higher end lingerie and sleepwear, I would strongly recommend them.

Tickets are about 32$ and children u see 3 get in for free (I believe) There's one room with lillipops and rockets for you to eat, but that's about it. No crazy sugar high; like the website mentions.

It did take some time to inquire about admission at the desk as there was only one attendant working. We were visiting from Ottawa, and hold a Science museum pass, which gave us free admission here upon showing our membership and I.D. Otherwise, it would cost around $120.00 for the four of us (2 kids, 2 adults). Note that it is $25.00 for parking on site. We only saw two attendants throughout our whole time there. No staff on the floor. One to gain admission, and another to check out tickets further down. Both interactions with staff were to the point, and they were able to communicate in English. When we did get our tickets scanned for entry, we asked the attendant about food options on site (which was only a coffee shop, on the main floor). Interaction was very blunt, and to the point, and the attendant went back looking down at her phone. Super unprofessional. The museum itself was very interactive, but much smaller than I expected Maybe I missed parts of the museum, but we were able to get through within an hour. The kids seemed to have fun. It is definitely geared for kids to run around and explore. We did notice a slime room? but it was closed and locked up. There is a small playroom for ages 0-7 to roam safely. The museum was fine, but I would not run back.

The dinosaur section has a hands-on " paleontology " dig. The very wide screen display has dinosaur that seems to know someone is in front of them. Booking was very easy and straightforward and Matt even sent some helpful info to me through email beforehand. Despite me arriving a few minutes late, I got far more than the 30 minute time slot I was promised (probably closer to an hour). Matthew is a very kind and patient cello instructor, and also spoke at length about his method and approach to teaching (he follows the suzuki method). He teaches both kids and adults, and told me he aims to have group lessons in the future as well. He really seems to make an effort to teach through various angles, not just technique but also understanding music and even just becoming comfortable with the instrument.

Displays of historical finds, and records are combined with higher tech displays, including some more sophisticated ones, such as having a somewhat real conversation with a (likely) AI generated image of a tavern owner from the 17th century. Navigating this museum may be challenging for folks with mobility issues or vertigo. Many areas are dark, including stairs (elevators are plentiful). But some rooms are built on top of some of the original structures, covered with plate glass floors. Looking down at these and walking might be a struggle for some. And because the museum is in Old Montreal, there are plenty of places you can go in the immediate vicinity before and after your visit!
