My experience was wonderful and I was cared for with love.The surgery was a success and Blue Cross Blue Shield reimbursed me the $1500 for my surgery.That was 18 years ago. The hospital was outstanding with the conveience of many types of physicians offices right within the premises. No one could have been better than Dr. Flores and no one could have been sicker than I. I had just…read morearrived on my Mexico vacation when my headache started, and over 3 days it became a nightmare headache. Who would ever use Yelp to find a Dr? Some American,who is in a foreign country, literally dying. She didn't have time to see me and referred me to one of her colleagues, Dr.Leon. He treated me for everything possible, migraine to mountain sickness. IVs, drugs of all kinds, nothing worked. I was sent to the ER at the MAC Hospital. They treated my pain and sent me for tests. A cerebral aneurysm. I thought that was it for me. Then Dr. Flores came and swung into action There were 5 more specialists called in, MRIs, CAT scans, a transfer to Moscati Hospital (a beautiful modern facility), surgery and guess what, surgeon from Mexico City came to do it endoscopically. Then off to the prettiest nursing home ever, 5 patients, beautiful room great nurses. Going home Tuesday!

They put clamps on your ankles to do an EKG. They leave you waiting for specialists who never materialize. When presented with the bill for the labs, there were 2 line items that were never administered. They did remove those charges.You cannot leave the premises without paying..... Their credit card machine was not working and we didn't have enough cash. A promissory note was signed and upon returning the next day to pay the bill, the machine was still broken. They said they would call when it was repaired......that was a month ago.
