I have lived in Florence for many years and I have never encountered such a rude person. Each time taking feedback on likes and dislikes and adjusting the recommendation. In addition she was quick to show her ways to wear the bag, accessorize and companion pieces. Perfect. Always with a smile and with patience. She got a handbag and left happily to a restaurant around the corner recommended by the rep. The next morning she had doubts about the bag and we went back. Again working with the same rep and we swapped out the bag, for 2 new bags. Again, she left happier. That's a great experience for all of us.
