I have had great service from his gentle and patient hygienist and his office staff, to whom I have always felt like I was a real person and not simply a name on a chart or spreadsheet. I assume they'll be staying on. I'm guessing most of the gorgeous art books will go with Dr Bo, but the lobby will still be beautifully decorated and there's a harbor view from the chairs, or a home improvement channel on the overhead TV. I put up with the nonsense at the front desk only because Dr Carroll is in my opinion the best dentist I've ever dealt with .
