They clearly do not know how to train wait staff to be attentive to the needs of their tables. Each time I ate there I had the salmon with three chili's. The first time it was slightly undercooked but completely edible and quite tasty. The second time I ate there the salmon was completely uncooked in the center and was still cold from the refrigerator in the thick center part of the salmon. Not edible. It was over 30 minutes from when we were seated till the waiter appeared to take our order. It was 45 minutes or longer after that for us to be served. It took over 30 minutes from when we said we wished to pay before we were able to pay the bill. This was only because after 20 minutes waiting for the waiter to return with the bill one of our party waved him back down. It was common both times I was there to see four waiters clustered by the bar talking to each other and ignoring their tables. My two visits were separated by seven weeks so it would cause me to believe this service level is their normal.

They let us know that the table that was originally reserved was for the " terrace" . We let them know that because of my grandmother, we couldn't be outside. Their terrace isn't what you would expect for a terrace they call it that because they have the sliding windows open. They were kind enough to close them before we got to the table. This is where they went the extra mile they set up the heater close to my grandmother and they provided her with a small blanket for her legs. The ambience is nice not too loud. The food was really good. Good flavors, good portions. I will be honest, the potato soufflé it's not good. Idk if it was that they left the plate out to wait for all the others that the cheese was cold, hard, and chewy. The potatoes were thinly cut that you couldn't taste the potatoes. Other than that side portion everything was delicious. Highly recommended just make sure to reserve ahead of time to ensure a good table.

It's enough food with a delicious northern taste. It always comes with flour tortillas. Another great option is the tamal sureño. Once piece of advice: normally Saturday's or Sunday's is packed...so you either come early to skip the wait, or wait for a table. Place is small, but has at least 10 tables. Enjoy!!
