It's straightforward, fish with a couple other ingredients. No cool, possibly inauthentic, flavored sauces like I've gotten used to back home. But their condiments definitely hold a surprise. The soy sauce container is just the COOLEST. Makes the tear open containers just seem low class. And the big surprise is the wasabi. Now this is France. A bottle of Tabasco here is considered a lifetime allotment but the wasabi here will knock you on your butt. I'd love to see an unexpecting Frenchie eat a big ol' dollop o' that!! Makes me smile just thinking of it. So if you're outside of Paris come by, pick up a little sushi to share in the park. Or even better, grab a corner booth, out of view of the take-out crowd and flirt with your someone special in this beautiful little restaurant.

The manager does not speak much English but with google translate we managed to understand the menu a bit. They just started a new menu tonight for the weekend to come. Ordered a appetizers of Spanish cured meat , scallops with amazing yellow sauce , main dish my husband ordered a aged steak with yummy green purée sauce made from French veggies in a black plate and I ordered a roasted octopus with turnips , pickled red onion with black sesame purée sauce on a white plate. Pairs with a glass of light oaky French red wine. The presentation was just heaven to the eyes and the taste was just out of this world! I am surprise no one give this restaurant a recent review.
