Well, I tried twice to be a customer…read more.. Joseph Boswell made two back to back appointments with us to get a quote and was a no/call no/show for both of them. He made no attempt to take a minute to call or text us that he needed to reschedule, which we tried to do when we texted him after the first time, but not the second time (we saw this as a sign of future problems, so we cancelled our quote request). When I relayed this in our neighborhood FB group, he called me a "Karen" because I described our experience and he didn't like the review I gave him (among others there). He included a derogatory GIF. Apparently, only Karens expect him to show up when he says he will, or at least tell us that he needs to reschedule, which we would have been happy to do. In our case, he had no regard for our time we wasted waiting for him, or any sense of common courtesy. The name calling and the use of a derogatory GIF should give you a good idea of his level of professionalism. I also received messaging from a couple of that group's members to say he did that to them too, in one case, three times. A check of the state's horticulture landscaping licensed business list does NOT include Quality Lawn Care & Landscaping, so you may want to ask him for a copy of his license and proof that he's bonded before you do business with him, if he does anything beyond mowing your lawn or that involves digging. That is, if you can get him to show up in the first place.

I tell you why, it's called taking people for fools and trying to refurbish some old sod you have at the back of your warehouse because you're more focus on the dollar amount than the service itself! And 8 weeks later, after complaining numerous times, and being given all the sob stories in the world, and all the lame excuses in the world, our lawn is actually looking terrible ( see pictures included ) and the owner of this company literally refused to take accountability for his actions, even having the nerves to mention possible " extra payments " if he had to come back to fix his own mistakes!
