I went with the fettuccine bolognese which turned out to be a good choice. Again, the intuitive waiter brought parmesan without my having to ask. The only thing I had to ask for was red pepper flakes, which he brought right away. At this point he offered me chili oil and fresh chili peppers too. The pasta was fresh and the bolognese sauce was amazing! I enjoyed every bite. I'm looking forward to trying more on the menu here but for now, here's my review. Since the early bird menu was so reasonably priced I decided on the three-course menu since it was only a few dollars higher than the two-course menu. (Calories don't count when you are on vacation, right?) For my appetizer I ordered the Thai-style Mussels served in a green curry and lemongrass broth, for my entree I ordered the Duck Confit with mashed potatoes and red cabbage, and for my dessert I ordered the Pear Tarte Tartin.
