We were about to leave since there wasn't an empty table for us but the waiter went out of his way to make room for us to sit, which was super nice. I had their version of mojito with Mexcal and it was different but good. M husband try a few mexcals and really enjoy them and my friend had some Mexican beer. Loved meeting one of the pulque-tenders and he explained to us the process of making pulque regarding fermentation and the use of the "heart" of the maguey. SO rad.
