I can name 3 Korean owned in Auckland that I have used at one time or another more often than any others over the past years. I won't name the other two as I am writing this review about this one , not any other. And I have had the need to use this one very very recently. Unfortunately though I use this one when I have to go buy flowers for someone at work , never for personal reasons, though I have used the other two for that. I will go here instead of my works preferred florist up the road in Remuera ( i am a bad employee , not following company protocols! )as this one over the time I have used it has produced great bouquets , all flowers are good quality, given excellent service and the owner is super friendly and even will greet you by your name when she remembers it. And the price is not too bad either. One day I will go here to buy flowers for my own reasons not for others....I am sure my wife will appreciate that greatly!!

They are really friendly, helpful and have very competitive prices. The flowers are very beautifully arranged in bunches if you need something pre-done and ready for a special occasion, or there is an ample selection available that you can have made up at your request; or buy a bunch of random bits and pieces and arrange for yourself at home if you want to get creative. The flowers have also been consistently fresh, so quality is guaranteed. They have another store in Henderson, 229 Lincoln Road, according to their business card, but I have not been in there yet, so cannot review that one until then!

My boss recently had a birthday and I popped in on the way to work for a beautiful fresh bouquet, which by the way she just loved. Of course they have a great online presence and it is easy as to order online and have them delivered just in time. They can do anything with flowers, to suit any special occasion. Everything was running smoothly until it hit me that I hadn't ordered any flowers for the winners. All I had done was write budget that included 3 bouquets of flowers for $50. With the amount I was willing to spend, I wasn't expecting anything amazing. I ended up calling Roses on Friday afternoon to arrange 3 bouquets to be picked up on Saturday at 2pm. I told the florist to surprise me and just give me what they could. On saturday, the day of the pageant I got so overwhelmed I forgot to pick up the flowers. Thankfully I got a call and when I explained I wouldn't make it to the florist before it closed, the florist offered to leave the flowers at the shop next door to be picked up and I could leave the money there. When the flowers finally arrived to the venue, they where so beautiful and I could not believe I had only spent $50.

There are some nice orchids here aswell which I haven't yet found the right occasion for, but they're gorgeous to look at. The ladies here are very nice and really good at their jobs, it's always a happy experience interacting with them. The last time I was here I bought a bouquet for a colleague and wanted it couriered- the whole process took all of two minutes. I wrote in a cute card of my choice, gave my colleague's details and it was set. A smooth operation and her flowers were delivered within the hour! Service at it's finest.

Their stock is limited, but there is normally enough to create a masterpiece that will bring tears to the eyes of the recipient. I like to tag along, as they can make up bunches to order, and for a guy on the move, I'm always using the visits as a good excuse to get gifts for all the staff who've done me favours in recent days.
