We hiked up there, but it's possible to drive or take a bus as well. Most people stop in one of the town's 2 major piazzas with a stunning view down to Taormina, but we managed to catch a glimpse of his shop, which you can find by looking for large oil paintings on nearby walls. Edoardo is a self-taught painter who works with oil and spatula, and while I'm no art connoisseur, I found his work to be evocative of nature's power and beauty. We ended up buying a beautiful framed painting of Mount Etna at night, with brilliant colors as you stepped further away, and which appear to change in different light. His prices are reasonable too, especially if you want something small. Instead of buying some hokey souvenir, I'd strongly recommend Edoardo's little shop! The only thing to note is he doesn't take card, so you'll need some Euros handy!

Such a cute little place!the terrace has retractable awning so when it's too bright during the day or rainy you can still enjoy! We chose the pulpi salad (octopus) which was very refreshing with a beautiful display of greens and veggies combined with lemon, the spaghetti with king Prawns, the Macaroni with meat sauce and Pecorino, and the Sea Bream with capers, Olives and Tomato. We also had a side of Spinach. I only took away a star because I ordered Vegetable soup and got Tomato Cream soup But the real STAR of the show was the Sea Bream!!! Going there on a weekend it is well visited with guests from the northern part of Mount Etna, giving this place a wonderful atmosphere of Sicilian family life. You don t meet any tourists up here, perhaps because you have to drive uphill on the small road between Linguaglossa and Randazzo. Others reported that when they have access, no channels with English. Overall, I would stay here, again.
