Oh my god! The shoes are fantastic! It's best clothing store I found in San Sebastián. Not cheap…read moreso arrive with that in mind but good quality and unique clothing and shoes. I prefer to buy a few amazing pieces than stuff that will be out of fashion next summer. Save those buys for your home town. I purchased two pairs of booties and then went back for an awesome black cropped leather jacket. They also have automatic Global Blue service...no more customs lines!!!!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this shop in San Sebastian. I bought a bag that was…read moresupposed to come with accessories. While I was looking at the bag, the saleswoman already tried to hide the accessories when I indicated that I wanted to buy it. I noticed this and asked her to put the accessories back in the bag. I paid for the bag, only to find out the next day--just before my flight back home--that she had taken the accessories out of the bag during checkout anyway and apparently kept them for herself. Unfortunately, I feel very cheated, especially since she seemed so friendly in the shop. Beware of these practices.

Awesome shoes, helpful staff, and a salon on site as well that seemed to do a nice job; the woman I saw getting her hair cut left with a great 'do. It's pricey but they have great things and it is a relaxing, unhurried, uncluttered shopping environment.
