Location is somewhat hidden on the ground floor facing the east underground parking structure of Plaza Patria (mall).
Parking is limited to private only with a roaming attendant to assist w traffic control. Park in the Easterly underground for quickest access.
Environment has a modern feel with antique details most notably the floors and generally clean.
Food was good especially the drinks. They were a much needed escape from the heat! The pastries, however, were another story. 'PROMOCION' = 'IT'S OLD AND WE'RE TRYING TO GET RID OF IT', our sad pastries must have been sitting there for a while because they were dry & stale. =|
Staff made several errors during our visit, however, they were very professional when correcting their mistakes. Lessons learned check your receipt, check your order, & check your drinks!
We purchased merchandise and the boxes we received were hardly useable for a gift so I recommend thinking twice & double check your items before purchasing gifts. =|
Clientele is generally respectful and everyone was simply enjoying their drinks. Mind you this is a mall so anyone can walk through. Like the dorks making fun of the prices of merchandise we purchased all while standing behind us. WTF? I'm sorry those dorks think a few hundred pesos seems like a lot. =|
