Musik: zuerst gewöhnungsbedürftig (ACDC im lokalen Radiosender), dies wurde nach ungefähr der Hälfte des Liedes bemerkt und geändert. Ambiente: aufgeräumt, ein bisschen zu hell, könnte ein bisschen gemütlicher sein, wirkt etwas steril. Vorspeise: der marinierte Lachs nach Art der Tataren hat Ähnlichkeiten zum Rollmops, geschmacklich wie vom Aussehen. Der Mozzarella im Parmaschinken gegrillt war geschmacklich gut. Hauptspeise: die Pizza war zu fettig mit zu viel Käse; die Spaghetti mit Garnelen in Tomatensauce waren geschmacklich wenig spektakulär, die Garnelen waren sehr klein geschnitten, weswegen ich glaube, dass insgesamt nicht mehr als 3 Garnelen drin waren. Publikum: auffallend viele Pseudo-VIPs und Stammgäste, aber auch Ulmer der Umgebung. Fazit: da Franco wäre nicht Grund genug extra nach Ulm zu fahren. Die Preise sind zu hoch für das Produkt und der dadurch generierte Anspruch wird nicht erfüllt.
