They have 3 menus (formulas), 20, 24 and 39 euros all of them complete meals. You can select the cheaper menu without fear that the dishes would be an afterthought, everything they serve is carefully prepared. The wine list is currently relatively brief (though I understand that there are plans to expand its scope) with a focus on the terroir within which Le Pressoir resides. A flat markup of €9 on cellar door prices means that everything is good value and the grand vins are something of a bargain. A very promising beginning and I look forward to seeing how it has developed in 2013 and beyond.
