I chose the 46€ menu that was more than enough for two people. Thankfully my husband only ordered an a la cartel lobster. Going outside of my comfort zone I decided on the Scallop Carpaccio and it was absolutely divine. Thinly sliced scallops served with a yellow pepper coulis and caviar. The lobster comes with your choice of one of their four sauces. Wanting to stay out on that limb, we chose the Whisky and the Pastis sauces. I am so glad we did. We live on Cape Cod MA and this was hands down the best lobster dinner ever. Lastly, or so I thought; was a cheese course consisting of a trio of local cheeses. Then came dessert of the day. This was a trio of Apricot Mousse, Raspberry sorbet and not your normal chocolate cake. All three were superb. You will not be disappointed when dining in this intimate restaurant. We appreciated the fact that the waitress who served us spoke enough English to help us make our choices, but was also happy to help us with our pronunciation of French. We chose the middle-priced menu option, and enjoyed all our choices - we were particularly impressed with the lamb that was a special on the day. Luckily they were able to greet us and provide their excellent creations. The restaurant slowly filled up during our visit. We enjoyed the dishes pictured below. An amuse bouche of mint hummus, followed by appetizers of langoustines. I had scallops for a main and my guests had the pork belly. We had dessert aux fraises that was pretty much a pavlova. This was a great meal, made even better by the fact that we had not even thought that we would be having a great meal on a rainy market day.
